Pursuant to ORS 192.640, the Board of Directors of the Silverton Fire District will hold a regular meeting via Zoom on February 9, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m. In order to comply with social distancing guidelines at the federal and state level, Board President Von Flue has instructed that public attendance at board meetings will be telecommunicated until further notice. A copy of the board packet will be available after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2021 and can be found on our website. Please consider submitting written comments to email@example.com by noon on Monday, February 8, 2021. Comments received will be shared with the Board of Directors before the meeting and included in the record. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting but do not have the ability to do so via telecommunication should contact the Office Administrator forty-eight hours prior to the noticed meeting time at (971) 370-0408 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
