Silverton Fire District is seeking qualified candidates for a Chief Examiner Position. Please visit our website at www.silvertonfire.com under “Join”, then “Current Openings” for a complete list of duties as it pertains to this position.

To apply, submit a letter of interest to Chief Bill Miles by 5:00 pm, Monday, March 6, 2023. Letters can be sent via email or regular mail to: 819 Railway St, Silverton, OR 97381. Letters of interest submitted after 5:00 pm will not be considered. Qualified applicants will be notified by the Civil Service Commission and an interview will take place. After consideration, the Civil Service Commission will make a hiring determination and the candidates will be notified.
