Please use conflagration timesheets when submitting hours worked in the following capacities:
- Backfill
- FF
- AO
- EB
- Task Force Leader
- IMT
OSFM Timesheet.xlsx
The OSFM Timesheet has worksheet tabs. The first tab of the worksheet is an example timesheet to use for reference. Timesheets are due by 9:00am on the 26th of each month and can be emailed to candace.cantu@silvertonfire.com.
In the event a call causes you to work over your allotted shift, overtime will be paid at time and a half for time worked over 40 hours in a work week. The yellow shaded area will be used only to give a brief reason for hours worked beyond your shift and/or overtime.
To clarify, pay periods will be as follows:
